In today’s society many companies provide the same service. I know from personal experience that ompanies are set apart by their level of customer service. I spent over 15 years in the field working one-on-one with customers, and I understand the frustration they would have when their expectations were not met. We want to be there in your time of need to help you with your problem while making the experience as convenient as possible. That is why at Greenway we strive to be the industry leader in our trade skills and customer service. I believe that customer service should be simple. Do what we say we are going to do, take care of the problem the first time out and if ever a mistake is made quickly correct it. By being a company that believes in always doing the right thing we build trust in our customers and create lifelong relationships.
